Is there parking at the venue?

While parking is available at The Cedar Room, it is limited and on a first come, first served basis. The Cedar Room nor Mercantile + Mash are responsible for cars left overnight in the Cigar Factory lot. See below for the provided transportation information.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

We will be providing shuttle service between The Ryder hotel to The Cedar Room beginning at 4:30pm and ending at 10:30pm. Look for the Coastal Limo shuttle. This is a great option for anyone staying downtown, even if not at The Ryder, to avoid longer wait times and surge pricing for ride share apps.

Is the venue accessible?

The Cedar Room is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you will need use of the elevator during our event.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail.

Are children allowed?

We love your children, but we want everyone to enjoy themselves and cut loose on our wedding day. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

We invite you to be fully present with us. Please keep all devices turned off during the ceremony.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

While we will have food stations that should satisfy everyone, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate, if possible. Include restrictions on your RSVP.

What is the weather usually like in Charleston this time of year?

Early March in Charleston is typically in the high 60s, with lows in the 50s. Sweaters for women and jackets for men are advised for any evenings spent outdoors.
